LOS ANGELES, CA, August 18, 2014 – Machinima, the first global many 2 many programming service for fanboys and videogamers, today appointed Chris Riley to the position of General Counsel. Riley will lead the company’s legal department and provide strategic legal and business affairs guidance to the company. He will report to Machinima’s CEO, Chad Gutstein.

Riley joins Machinima from Bingham McCutcheon LLP, where he was a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Prior to that, he served as a legal consultant to Disney Interactive, as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc., and as General Counsel and Vice President of Riley was also a corporate associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Sidley Austin LLP.
