LOS ANGELES, CA, July 22, 2014 – Machinima, the leading global video entertainment network for fanboys and videogamers, today announced that Tricia White will become Machinima’s new Chief People Officer, overseeing human resources for the Company. The announcement was made by CEO, Chad Gutstein.

White brings more than two decades of experience to Machinima and will serve as a strategic business partner to Machinima’s senior leadership team. She will also be responsible for developing, implementing and managing people resources, as well as the company’s overall talent needs.

Prior to Machinima, White served as Vice President of Human Resources of DineEquity, Inc, in Kansas City, Missouri. While there, she oversaw a world-class leadership program which developed a business driven and strategically aligned human resources platform for more than 200,000 team members. She has also served as SVP, Human Resources for Starcom MediaVest Group and CitiGroup, as well as SVP, Human Resources at WebMD. White started her career at Yum! Brands where she served in different capacities of the human resources and operations divisions in Maryland, Virginia, Texas and California.

White holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
