Q: What is this contest about?
A: We want you to create the ultimate “Iron Man” and/or “Stark Industries” promotional machinima video!  Go ahead and “Mash-up” a video promoting why either Stark Industries or Iron man are the ideal partners and weapon for any government..or anyone with the right bank account!  You can use the video, audio and graphics from the official “Iron Man” trailer along with machinima game footage we provided from SEGA of America’s “Iron Man” the game.

Q: Who is eligible to enter the contest?
A: See the Official rules for details, but the skinny is these Contests are offered only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and have Internet access. You cannot enter if you are affiliated with Paramount Pictures or Machinima, Inc.  Void in Quebec.

Q: What are the contest dates?
A: The dates for the contest are:
Submission / Voting Period:  April 7 – May 18, 2008
Winners Announced:  May 25, 2008

Q: Is there an entry fee?
A: No entry fee and there is no purchase necessary to enter or win.

Q: Am I allowed multiple entries?
A: You can enter as many machinima “mash-up” videos as you like. Just make sure that each video is submitted separately. An entry will be disqualified if it has more than one video associated with it.

Q: Can I change my entry once it is submitted?
A: No. All entries will be final, so make sure everything is perfect before you hit the submit button!

Q: How are the winners chosen?
A: The community will vote to select the top winners. Machinima.com can select a winner if there's a tie, or reject a winner if the content is deemed unsuitable. See the Official rules for details.

Q: What are the prizes?
A: Here are the prizes for the contest:

First Place Winner: One (1) LG - 50” 1080p Flat-Panel Plasma HDTV (Model: 5OPY3D) (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,499).

Second Place Winner: One (1) Sony PlayStation 3 40B system (Model: 98006) + 2 Games (games TBD) (ARV of $399 + $100 for 2 games).

Others Winners  (TBD): If game(s) is made available to Sponsor, then Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select a number of winners that will each receive one (1) copy of SEGA’s “Iron Man” game (ARV of $70).   

Q: Do I retain the rights to my machinima video submission?
A: No.
