Senior Salesforce Administrator

The Senior Salesforce Administrator reports directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Analytics.
Overall Responsibility:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator works with the Sales, Support, Operations, Finance and key stakeholders to administer the usage and integration of Machinima’s SFDC ecosystem.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the following:
· Oversees administration of Machinima’s SFDC instances including object and field definition, structure, documentation, long range requirements, operational guidelines, protections and licensing
· Responsible for reliability of master data maintained on the platform
· Defines SLA reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor service quality, integrity and performance.
· Maintain proper change control & develop Force.com elements as needed (Apex classes, triggers, visual force pages, etc.)
· Guide the Sr. Mgr., Sales Operations & Analytics in making architecture decisions and assist with product evaluations and selections
· Direct and enforce security control for all levels of security
· Establishes Service Level Agreements for support of the ecosystem
· Formulates and monitors policies, procedures and standards relating to all platform usage and performance
· Responsible for ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
· Assist management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the platform to support additional business processes of functions
· Manage outsourced Salesforce.com implementation partners as required
Requirements
As Senior Salesforce Administrator you will need:
· 5+ Years of SFDC related administration and implementation experience
· Able to plan and execute effective strategies
· Excellent project management skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to evolve with a rapidly changing environment and anticipate changes in technology
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management
· In depth expertise in SFDC environment and related applications; Force.com coding experience
· Demonstrated success in managing SaaS providers
· Hands-on experience in delivering products and services in SaaS environment
· Knowledge of current and emerged technologies
· Process and results oriented
· BS in Computer Science or related field
· Salesforce.com Certification
