Submit Your Show!

We're always looking for Machinima animations for worldwide distribution at Machinima.com and possibly other outlets (TV, cinema, etc). So, if you've made a Machinima film, give us a mail and you might well see it up on the front page of Machinima.com!

(We particularly encourage the development of 2-5 minute shows/sketches that could become "series". We will promote shows that receive positive community reviews and encourage the creation of more episodes.)

Submission Information

Go to our Submission Page to submit your film.

You'll need to have a short description of your film, an address we can download it from, and a 250x188 still image that will represent your show ready. Please make sure that the image is a high quality close-up image of one of the main characters in the show. For example, this Red vs Blue image is a good example of the type of image we're requesting.

Submission Formats

We can only accept shows that fit in the following criteria:

Format: We highly prefer Windows Media Video (WMV), but others such as Quicktime, AVI, or MPEG are acceptable. One format only.
Resolution: Minimum of 320x240, maximum of 800x600.
Framerate: Minimum 20 frames per second.
Audio: Minimum 22khz 16-bit audio.
Size: Normally, maximum 100 Mb. If you have a long film which is larger, we may well
accept it, but consider splitting it into several smaller films!

Please try to provide us with the highest possible quality file you can achieve within these limits. Providing us with a low quality video will reflect in the streaming versions that we create!

Uploading your film

In order to let us view your film, you'll need to make it available by one of the following methods:

1) Upload the file to a website. This doesn't need to be a site that's available for public download, just put the link in the email.

2) If you can't do that, please mention that in your email and we'll arrange another method. We hope to be able to arrange Bittorrent-based uploading in the near future!

Show Clearance

Make sure your show has the proper clearance for any copyrighted content! Please note that any show that receives a rights-related complaint will be immediately removed until it's in compliance.

We look forward to seeing your work!
